Bess Lampson is a regular at her local gym. Despite her age, 100, she shows up and does the work, giving 100%. Everyone at the gym sees her as an inspiration and a positive role model. It seems Bess is lifting weights and spirits.

Bess says she’s been exercising her whole life. She lifts weights and does the leg press. She rows, gets on the bike and elliptical, and walks the treadmill with an incline. Bess really does it all. And all by herself, no trainer necessary after all these years.

Her daughter, who often accompanies her to the gym, says she’s tough to keep up with and claims her mom makes her look bad! 

Despite a knee replacement at 90, Bess continues to keep moving her body, which she claims is the secret to her healthy longevity. She also watches what she eats, and not only shows up at the gym, but challenges herself to keep improving.

Bess is thankful to be this healthy and wants everyone to know, regardless of their age, that the greatest wealth is health.
